Cancellation

Due to my unique creation process, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If you need to cancel after this period, please contact me promptly to discuss possible options.

Creation and Shipping

Please be aware that if an item is not in stock, the creation process may take up to 10 days. I maintain a small inventory to ensure that each item remains unique, and my craftsmanship requires drying time to guarantee the highest quality. Shipping will occur only after the item is completed.

Quality Assurance

I take great pride in the quality of my products. Each item is guaranteed until it reaches you. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify me immediately with a photo of the damage. I will gladly remake and resend the item at no additional cost to you.

Please note that damage resulting from use, water exposure, or burning is not covered under my guarantee.

Returns

I am committed to your satisfaction with my creations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from my basic collection, you may return it within one week of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once I receive the returned item, I will issue a refund within a few days.

Custom-made orders and items with specific nuances cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are created uniquely for you.
